for groups of 20 to 250 people
Private events can be booked for groups of 20 to 250 guests. Group sizes over 80 people will require a full venue rental (please inquire for pricing). Groups sizes of 20-80 have a private 1to 4 bay option with one oversized VIP simulator bay, in addition to its own private restroom and hang out space.
*Please note that a group size of less than 20 will not require a private event. If you are looking to book two bays side by side (to accommodate a total group of 16), please book through our online booking page and find a time where Bays with consecutive numbers are available simultaneously. We cannot guarantee exact bay placement until the day of your reservation unless a private event is booked. Note Gate Parkway Bays 1 & 6 are not adjacent to any other bays.
